Common Questions About Working With Us
How far in advance should I reserve?
You can reach out any time. We suggest booking as soon as you know your date, time, and locations. A concierge will confirm if your private chauffeur and vehicle are available before your reservation is set.
How does hourly chauffeur service work?
You book a set block of time. Your chauffeur and vehicle stay reserved only for you within a set driving radius. You can move between meetings, events, and errands and adjust plans as you go.
What is your service radius?
Hourly service is made for trips within about one hour of your main location. If any drive time is over about one hour and twenty minutes, we review it and quote that part as separate travel.
What vehicles and group sizes can you handle?
We offer a Luxury Black Sedan for 1–4 guests, a Luxury Executive SUV for 1–6 guests, a Mercedes Sprinter Van for up to 12 guests, and a Luxury Party Bus for up to 20 guests. We can also coordinate more than one vehicle.
What is Executive Support transportation?
Executive Support is for leaders, talent, and private clients who need more than a ride. In addition to travel, we can help plan document or item delivery, time-sensitive trips, errands, and on-site hospitality, all set up in advance.
How does day-of communication work?
After your trip is confirmed, a chauffeur is assigned to you. On the day, they arrive early and send you an arrival message. You speak with your chauffeur directly during the reservation—no app, no re-booking, no driver changes.
Do you support corporate and repeat bookings?
Yes. We can provide corporate-style invoicing after the trip. Once you are a client, you may also set up future reservations directly with our concierge, so your executive or event travel stays easy to repeat.
